R-Anell Housing Group to Feature Two Homes at NC Manufactured Housing Institute Show
DENVER, NORTH CAROLINA, August 27, 2003 — R-Anell Housing Group, the oldest, most established manufacturer of custom homes in the Southeast, will show two of its custom home designs with new features that include stucco accents, granite countertops and windows that now provide energy-efficient Low-E glass as standard, at the North Carolina Manufactured Housing Institute's show September 3 and 4 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. The homes will be part of an R-Anell "neighborhood" setting.
R-Anell, which offers custom home designs ranging from 1,000- to 4,000-square feet, will have an on-site model of its Savannah 798, a home that has 2,218 heated square feet of living space and an additional 1,393 of additional upstairs square footage for future expansion. The newest, upscale features for the home are granite countertops for both the kitchen and two full baths and stucco trim accents for the exterior of the traditional Southern lowcountry-style home. R-Anell's windows for all home designs now offer Low-E glass, with high-tech coatings that provide greater energy efficiency with technology that keeps a home protected in both the summer and winter and increases cost-efficiency for customers.

• Cherry cabinetry in kitchen
• Extensive interior trim work
• 6' x 35' front porch
• Energy Star ready with 2x6 exterior walls (thicker than traditional 2x4 construction)

The second home design being shown on-site at the event is Gold Medal GMS51, with 1,660 heated square feet and another 779 feet of upstairs space for future home expansion. The three-bedroom, two-bath home has a living room with a see-through fireplace into the dining room and a kitchen featuring white cabinetry and ceramic edging and backsplash. Low-E glass is standard. Energy Star ready, the home has Low-E windows and a GE appliance package that includes a 22-cubic-foot side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, smooth top electric range, microwave and dishwasher.
The NCMHI show is open only to builders, architects, developers, retailers and related business within the construction industry. R-Anell Housing Group's neighborhood will be at Booths No. 26, 27, and 28, as well as 39, 40 and 41. Show hours are from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on September 3 and 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. on September 4.
