R-Anell Housing Group to Feature New Home Design at NC Manufactured Housing Institute Show
DENVER, NORTH CAROLINA, AUGUST 31, 2004 - R-Anell Homes, the oldest, most established manufacturer of custom homes in the Southeast, will feature its newest home design, "The Winston" at the North Carolina Manufactured Housing Institute's show September 8 and 9 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

R-Anell, which offers custom home designs ranging from 1,000- to 4,000-square feet, will have an on-site model of The Winston at the show. The home has 2,014 heated square feet of living space and an additional 1,417 of additional upstairs square footage for future expansion. The newest, upscale features for the interior of the home include drop soffits in the dining room and foyer, a step tray ceiling in the master bedroom, round columns in the foyer, eight-foot French doors to the study, beaded board ceilings in the foyer and dining room, granite kitchen countertops and a fireplace entertainment wall in the living room.

The exterior features stone-faced porch columns tapered on top, a unique combination of shed and gable dormers and a four-panel exterior door at the rear of the home. The home's garage and front porch are both built with the home at the time of manufacture, further reducing any final construction time at the actual home site. R-Anell's windows for all home designs offer Low-E glass, with high-tech coatings that provide greater energy efficiency with technology that keeps a home protected in both the summer and winter and increases cost efficiency for customers.

Other home features of The Winston include:
• Study with 8-foot French doors
• Master bedroom suite with expansive wall space for furniture placement and
decorating. The bedroom also features a step-down tray ceiling and a walk-in
   wardrobe off the master bath.

• Large family room
• Extensive interior trim work, base and cove moulding
• Energy Star ready with 2x6 exterior walls (thicker than traditional 2x4 construction
