R-Anell Homes Adds Regional Marketing Manager, Process Manager And Zone Manager to Staff

DENVER, NORTH CAROLINA, August 23, 2005 - R-Anell Homes, the oldest and most established manufacturer of custom homes in the Southeast since 1972, has added Greg Landess as a regional marketing manager, Charles Kilbourne-Jervais as director of process development and Eric Melendez as a zone manager for the coastal Carolinas.

Landess, who has been in the industry for 15 years, is one of two regional marketing managers covering the Southeast. He will be responsible for the retention of the current customer base and growth of market share with those customers, as well as locating and establishing new distribution points with prospective customers.

Jervais will be developing processes for R-Anell across a number of specific areas, and enabling the company to offer a wider range of customer support and products. He joined the company after being in the automotive industry for 13 years.

Eric Melendez, who first joined R-Anell Homes in 1991, has returned as a zone manager. He will recruit new builders in open markets, as well as maintain and grow existing business accounts.

Melendez has his office at R-Anell builder South Bay Developers in Ocean Isle Beach , North Carolina . Landess and Jervais are located at the company's Denver , North Carolina , headquarters.
