R-Anell Homes Wins Awards From National Association of Home Builders
DENVER, NORTH CAROLINA, NOVEMBER 8, 2004 — R-Anell Homes, the oldest and most established manufacturer of custom homes in the Southeast since 1972, has been honored for 2004 by the National Association of Home Builders' Building Systems Councils (NAHB BSC) for Excellence in Design in the Modular Under 2,200 Square Feet category for its model, The Preston, and Excellence in Marketing for the company's website.
R-Anell Homes also won in the home design category in both 2002 and 2003; the company has received awards three of the six years that the Building Systems Councils have honored the systems-built industry. The company's president, Dennis Jones, also received a national Industry Person of the Year award earlier this year from the Manufactured Housing Institute.
The Preston is a three-bedroom, two-bath home designed with a formal entry/foyer, a covered front porch and a study that can become an optional fourth bedroom or a parents' retreat. The fireplace features a shelf over the fireplace for the TV/entertainment center. The home has 9-foot ceilings, 36-inch high vanities in the master bathroom, a built-in glass hutch in the kitchen and a formal dining area. The laundry room contains space for a freezer.
