R-Anell Homes Wins Award from National Association of Home Builders
DENVER, NORTH CAROLINA, NOVEMBER 13, 2003 R-Anell Homes, the oldest and most established manufacturer of custom homes in the Southeast since 1972, has been awarded a national Model Home Design Award from the National Association of Home Builders' Building Systems Councils (NAHB BSC) for its model home design, The Savannah.
R-Anell Homes, a member of the NAHB, won the national award in the category of a "Manufacturer Member Modular Home Over 2,200 Square Feet." Comments from the judges included: "Nice, traditional styling; front porch gives it a friendly feel. Dormers add design flair and enhance curb appeal. Floorplan's living areas offer good circulation. Use of set-back wings gives bedrooms privacy and adds interest to elevation."
The privately owned company is an industry leader providing builders with a variety of custom home designs ranging from 1,000- to 4,000-square-feet. R-Anell's custom engineering and specialized manufacturing provide superior homes and numerous options for custom builders. R-Anell has 350 employees and operates two manufacturing facilities in Denver and Cherryville, North Carolina.
