R-Anell Names Ronnie Sanford Director of Marketing
DENVER, NORTH CAROLINA, AUGUST 4, 2004 — Ronnie Sanford has been named the Director of Sales and Marketing for R-Anell Homes.
Sanford has been in the industry for 23 years, and was most recently the Director of Sales for the North Central Region of the United States for Fleetwood Homes. His responsibilities for R-Anell Homes include driving increased revenue and market penetration, and the development and execution of the marketing plan.
Sanford said that R-Anell Homes has a very good reputation and longevity within the modular industry. He noted that the company also is well thought of and respected within the industry.
A native of the Raleigh/Durham area, Sanford returns to North Carolina from Tennessee to join R-Anell Homes. He, his wife and two children reside in Mooresville.
R-Anell Housing Group is the oldest, most established manufacturer of custom homes in the Southeast since 1972. The privately owned company is an industry leader providing builders with a variety of custom home designs ranging from 1,000- to 4,000-square-feet. R-Anell's custom engineering and specialized manufacturing provide superior homes and numerous options for custom builders. R-Anell has 350 employees and operates two manufacturing facilities in Denver and Cherryville, North Carolina.
