R-Anell Housing Group To Feature New Home Design At NC
Manufactured Housing Institute Show

DENVER, NORTH CAROLINA, SEPTEMBER 6, 2005 — R-Anell Homes, the oldest, most established manufacturer of custom homes in the Southeast , will feature its newest home design, The Lexington (Model 814), at the North Carolina Manufactured Housing Institute's show September 7 and 8 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

R-Anell, which offers custom home designs ranging from 1,000- to 4,000-square feet, will have a full-scale of The Lexington home on site. The home has 1,870 heated square feet of living space and 1,047 of additional upstairs square footage for future expansion.

The home has a warm, cottage retreat feel to both its exterior and interior. Features of the interior include a tin ceiling accent by Armstrong, and wood accents in warm knotty pine on the dining room and master bedroom ceilings, as well as the master bathroom wall. The Cultured Stone fireplace in the great room is flanked with windows. The 12/12 roof pitch affords the opportunity for expansion of the upstairs. Appliances are stainless steel, the kitchen has granite countertops and lighting fixtures throughout are brushed bronze.

The exterior features Hardi cement siding with a stained wood grain, and a green tin roof accent over the entry porch.

R-Anell also will showcase two new Gold Medal models, Models 73 and 77. Also launching at the show will be a new concept series called Scenic, designed as a rustic retreat for mountain living or second homes.

R-Anell's windows for all home designs offer Low-E glass, with high-tech coatings that provide greater energy efficiency. These coatings feature technology that keeps a home protected in both the summer and winter and increases cost efficiency for customers.

The NCMHI show is open only to builders, architects, developers, retailers and related business within the construction industry. R-Anell Home will be at Booths No. 24, 25, and 26.
