The Rockbridge Elite 2 – is one of our 6 Elite Floorplans in our Rockbridge Series! The Rockbridge Elite 2 is a 1980 square foot ranch that features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open concept floor plan!  A large entry foyer leads you into the formal dining space or into the spacious Great Room!  The Dining room features a beverage center wall!  The Kitchen is a very large open space with great storage and countertop space; the standard features in the Elite are prominent here!  The Master bedroom is off the Great Room it includes a large attached master bathroom with the walk in closet located here as well!  The secondary bedrooms are off the kitchen hallway as well as the utility space, and secondary bathroom!  Check out the standard features the Elite Series offers below!

Our Summit series features the Baxter Ranch home which is a three bedroom and two bathroom ranch with an open concept floorplan.  The exterior of the ranch has great curb appeal featuring a twin peak dormer, recessed entry way, and a flush dormer with a bump-out.  The large recessed entry way opens into a spacious foyer with a guest closet and a great foyer wall for a nice entry table.  The bedrooms are spaced across the whole home with the second bedroom off the foyer.  As you pass through the foyer you are brought into the Kitchen and Dining space. The Dining room features a beautiful tray ceiling with cross beams giving this space definition and character, also our Craftsman Wainscot adds additional character to this beautiful southern home.  Our dining room is open into the spacious and beautiful kitchen! The kitchen is a must see, with the gorgeous Chiffon Glazed Mission Cabinets, wall of windows and much more!  The L-shaped kitchen boosts a great work flow with the island in the middle of the kitchen housing the sink and optional dishwasher, the stove and refrigerator behind the island, creating the perfect shape for the cook in the house.  The kitchen opens into the large Living Room, the living room has 4 great windows that let the natural light in this gorgeous space.   With a large endwall, it gives great design possibilities for the layout of the space.  We also offer under the stair components, so the space underneath the stairs is not wasted space.  In this model the optional beverage center is optioned in which features a beverage cooler, cabinetry both base and overhead, and a great prep and serving countertop space.  The Master Bedroom is off of the living room, and it features a large walk-in closet, and a great Master bathroom.  The master bathroom features double sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a soaker tub standard. This bathroom has some great optional layouts and showers, our model shows our ceramic tile shower with two glass sides, with our new 7”x20” Emblem Gray shower tile!   The two secondary bedrooms are separated by the living space with one bedroom off the foyer hallway and the other off the dining room hallway.  The secondary bathroom is off the dining room hall as well, and features a tub/shower combo and a nice linen cabinet.  The utility room is a space that houses the washer and dryer hookups and features a small family drop zone.  The living space in this home is the must see, especially this gorgeous Kitchen!

The Raven Max has a great exterior shown on our website, you can achieve this look by adding the Bay window and the double dormer!  Upon entering the Raven, you are in the large living space, with great views into the kitchen and nook area.  The kitchen is spacious with great cabinet storage, a large island, and a walk in pantry!  The island in this kitchen features a waterfall countertop, gives you additional seating space, great work space, and extra storage.  The kitchen is open not only into the large living space, but into the nook dining area, and the large family room.   Beautiful ceiling beams span the kitchen and nook area, adding some unique character to the home.  The family room features an optional entertainment wall, with great fixed windows on either side.  The secondary bedrooms and bathroom are off the family room.  The bedrooms are similar in size and storage space.  The utility room is also off the family room and has a large space for our optional built-ins or a utility sink and an additional refrigerator or freezer.  The master bedroom is off the living room and features a great walk in closet, and a large attached bathroom. The Baxter has a great recessed entry to welcome you into the home!  Upon entering you are in a formal foyer area that leads you into the open concept floor plan starting in the dining room.  This dining room is beautiful with tray ceiling with cross beam option, and the wainscot on the walls.  The dining room is open into the enormous and bright kitchen! This kitchen is spectacular!  The kitchen offers great countertop space with the large island and all the cabinets under the windows, which also means great storage space!  The lighting and the cabinet selection make this home light up!  The open flow of the kitchen and living space make this home very cozy.  The living room has a great wall for your television and the wall of large windows make the home feel bright and airy!  A stairway was added to this home to make it a cape, with the second story finish-able (on site)!  Adding the stairway gives the opportunity to add our new beverage center under the stairs. Add a built-in that suits your family’s needs, if the beverage center isn’t it we have other options!  The bedrooms in this home are separated by the living space, with the secondary bedrooms at the front of the home.  The master bedroom is off the dining room when the stairway is added to the home.  The master bedroom is a nice size and offers a large walk-in closet and spacious master bathroom.  The master bathroom features double sinks, a soaking tub, and walk-in shower, however if this isn’t your style option in a different layout!
